- Customized NFC cards may require an additional 2–3 days for personalization and quality checks.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Times (India)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders within India.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment through the courier's website.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- International delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Cards: Free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Personalized Cards: As cards are custom-printed with your details, they are non-returnable unless defective.
- Wrong Address: Please ensure accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
